Elena Och is an executive coach, trainer and facilitator. She has more than 20 years experience working with senior executives in Insurance, Technology and Pharmaceutical industries globally as well as Government and non-profit organisations.

She is a dynamic consultant, having held a number of senior positions in Leadership Development, Training and Project
Management. She currently works with her Community of Practice advising international companies on the topics of organisational culture, business innovation and effective leadership.

As a professional coach and facilitator, her expertise and experience cover the following areas:

Tibor Koromzay is a Facilitator, Consultant and Executive Coach. He combines an unusual range of background and experience: he looks back at 13 years of industry experience at Management level, with strategic and operative responsibility for HR, marketing, and corporate communications. At the same time he is a clinical psychologist with a full training as a Gestalt therapist.

 

He is a 2nd Dan Aikido Master and has many years of practice in Zen Meditation and Qi Gong. He works on the topics of internal collaboration, change, leadership, and personal growth, offering organisational consulting,
team coaching, and executive coaching.

His expertise and experience covers the

following areas:

  • Coaching Teams (project, line, boards, management teams) in their daily work, striving for high quality teamwork with effective output

  • Consulting and facilitating organisations in developing internal collaboration to top level, navigating 
    through change processes, and developing high level authentic leadership performance

  • Coaching Executives in demanding situations, both personal and professional, and in maintaining
    balance in highly stressful environments

  • Facilitating workshops, retreats, and meetings by providing solid and effective structure, allowing high-ranked participants to concentrate on the contents and topics.
